Maintenance Agreements
The purpose of an annual maintenance agreement is to ensure our customers can rest safe with a clean and properly functioning HVAC system. The proper maintenances of your HVAC system can help to extend the life of your system, maximize the energy efficiency of your equipment, eliminate unexpected system failure, and ease your comfort in the case of any problems. In addition to the verification of proper working conditions and applicable safety protocol, these agreements entitle its bearer to the service, including a cost-free diagnostics check. Summer Kool has many maintenance options available from the standard furnace agreement to a more personalized agreement to meet your specific needs and request (pre-paid, non-refundable).
Our maintenance contracts include the following services:
1.Replace all air filters
2.Check the thermostat & replace battery if necessary
3.Rinse the drain line & apply a mold inhibiting solution
4.Inspect & clean the condensing coil
5.Inspect refrigerant lines for damage
6.Recharge refrigerant if necessary
7.Inspect & secure all electrical connection
8.Use silicon lubricant or oil on all appropriate parts
9.Check intake and outflow ducts for leakage
10.Conduct an accuracy test of the thermostat
Discount: 10% discount on all repairs parts during the maintenance visit
Hours of Service: The service covered by this agreement will be scheduled during the Company's regular working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday, except Holidays.
Parts: The agreement does not include any parts or materials except maintenance materials (lubrication/cleaning supplies) necessary to perform the required maintenance
Repairs: Any repairs required beyond those provided in this agreement will be brought to your attention and will be charged on a time and material basis. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from delay, failure to discover a condition requiring repair or replacement, or as a consequence of any performance under this agreement.
Agreement: Please retain one copy of this agreement for your records.
